Rangers are in the hunt to sign Fenerbahce winger Bright Osayi-Samuel, according to Turkish news outlet Fotospor.
It is reported that Celtic are also interested in signing the 23-year-old, who joined Fenerbahce from QPR in January.
Fotospor adds that Monaco are also in talks to sign Osayi-Samuel and are willing to offer up Henry Onyekuru in a swap deal.

Rangers were linked with signing Osayi-Samuel in January before he left QPR.
Fotospor reported earlier this year that the Gers were willing to make an offer to sign the Nigerian, who instead opted to make the move to Turkey.
Since joining Fenerbahce, who finished third in the Turkish Super Lig, Osayi-Samuel has scored one goal and supplied one assist in 19 appearances across all competitions.
Ex-Rangers boss Mark Warburton had reservations about Osayi-Samuel leaving QPR in January to join Fenerbahce but was quoted by West London Sport that the 23-year-old is “a very young player with tremendous attributes in terms of pace and ability”.
We feel as though Steven Gerrard could do with adding to his wide options ahead of next season.
Kemar Roofe, Ianis Hagi and Joe Aribo played out on the right a lot this season as the Gers won title number 55 and none of them are natural wingers.
Osayi-Samuel can play on either flank but enjoyed most of his success this term, with QPR and Fenerbahce, playing on the right.
We’d definitely be happy with him and transfermarkt reports he’s valued at £3million, which should be affordable.
In other Rangers news, Celtic have removed a £55 shirt from their club shop after being trolled by Gers fans.
